[Cary, North Carolina, October 26, 2023] — Envu, an environmental science company providing forward-thinking innovations that protect and enhance the health of environments around the world, has added two members to its global leadership team. Ronan Stephens has been named head of Product Supply and Nadim Mohr has been promoted to head of Commercial Operations for APAC.

Ronan Stephens, Head of Product Supply

As head of product supply, Stephens will help drive the company’s transformation journey while also establishing the long-term strategy for both product supply and procurement.

Stephens has more than 25 years of experience leading supply chains for public and private international companies spanning the chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics and automotive industries. He joins Envu from Cooper Consumer Health, a private equity portfolio company, where he led manufacturing, supply, procurement and IT.

Stephens began his career as an IT engineer with General Motors and then AT&T before moving to supply chain operations with Honeywell Automotive Aftermarket, where he led supply chain and procurement. Subsequently, he held strategic and transformational roles with Novartis, Lexmark and Arysta LifeScience, a private equity portfolio company, where he was head of supply chain and manufacturing for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He went on to lead operations, establish global supply chain processes and governance, and set up an externalized manufacturing network as senior vice president of global supply chain and external manufacturing for Ipsen Pharma.

“Ronan’s extensive and strategic experience in all facets of the supply chain makes him a great fit to further guide our global product supply processes,” says Gilles Galliou, Envu CEO. “Our customers depend on us for the products they trust in combating pest and agronomic challenges, and a reliable, world-class supply chain is integral to maintaining their confidence.”

In addition to a master’s in corporate finance, Stephens holds a post-graduate degree in computer science and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and politics as well as an American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Planning and Inventory Management Certification. He will be based out of the Envu office in Lyon, France, but will travel often to its campuses in Cary, North Carolina, and around the world.

Nadim Mohr, Head of Commercial Operations for APAC

As Envu head of commercial operations for APAC*, Mohr will lead the company’s strategic business planning and customer value creation initiatives throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including sustainable business development and stakeholder engagement.

Mohr has been regional head of APAC and managing director Singapore since Envu became an independent company in October 2022. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Bayer, serving in roles including country manager for the Mekong region; EAP stakeholder manager for the company’s environmental science division; head of East Pacific, Environmental Science; and vice president, head of APAC, Environmental Science.

“Nadim’s rich history in the APAC region, his long-term vision and his passion for fostering diverse and talented teams that deliver meaningful growth, make him a fantastic addition to the Envu global leadership team,” Galliou says. “He has a track record of producing strong results in both new and established markets throughout China, India, Indonesia and across Sub-Saharan Africa.”

Mohr received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Cabot University in Rome and his MA, African Studies from the SOAS University of London. He resides in Singapore but will travel extensively throughout the APAC region.

Stephens assumed his role on Oct. 1. Mohr will assume his new role on Jan. 1.

* Eric Ruggirello, who has been serving as head of commercial operations for EMEA and APAC will remain on the Envu leadership team, officially transitioning to head of commercial operations for EMEA and Latin America effective January 1, 2024.
